Bell Beaker Spunk Vase

This vase was thrown in one piece of Newcomb clay.

It was glazed in moderately crawly shino.

Then it was fired for many days with wood in an anagama.

The fire side captured some great crystal growing ash.

And the back side holds an ominous presence.

It measures 12 inches tall and 9.5 at its widest.
