Smoosh Fish Vase

This vase was thrown of NZ clay and altered on the wheel.

I love the gesture of the mouth on this one.

It really reminds me of a fish.

The vase was fired on its side in an anagama for many days.

The ash collected just how I wanted on the wiggle wire surface.

Its so beautiful.

The vase measures 6.5 inches tall.

6 inches at its widest, and 3.5 at the narrow.
