This tumbler was thrown on the potters wheel of White Rose clay.
The interior is lined with a shino slip.
It was fired in a wood soda kiln for 30+ hours.
Just enough orange peel soda texture and lip drips to satisfy.
The flashing of this clay body is just so soft and gentle.
The way the soda ash interacted with the liner slip is super cool too.
You can see wood ash speckles settled on the inside.
This is a nice cup.
It measures 6.5 inches tall, 4 inches wide, and holds 22oz.
