This bowl was thrown and trimmed on the potters wheel of a porcelaneous stoneware clay.

It was fired in a wood/soda kiln for 30+ hours.

The interior is lined with AW2. (4 parts clear/1 part blue)

I love how the fire side of the bowl had just a bit of glaze over the lip, and the wood/soda ash took it and ran.

The bowl is quite sturdy, and features a faceted exterior.
