Cup-2

This cup was thrown on the potters wheel of Mac-10 clay.

Press molds of fossilized star and brain coral were used to texture the walls.

I hand carved the foot.

It was lined with shino and fired on its side on seashells for many days in an anagama.

The cup measures 3.5 inches tall and holds 10 ounces.
