This upside-down woodfired bowl was thrown and trimmed on the potters wheel.

It's made of B-mix clay.

It was fired in an anagama for many days.

I love how the ash had to work so hard to accumulate enough to drip on the one side.

And just by the side wad a portion of crystal growth opens up.

7.5" opening.
