Barnacle Bottle 1

This bottle was thrown on the potters wheel with a mix of Little John and Helmar clay.

I threw each barnacle on the wheel and attached it to the jug. 

Then I added a handle, and dunked it in FC Ball slip for that drippy gohonde look.

It was fired in a wood/soda kiln for 30+ hours on its side on seashells.

This Barnacle Bottle measures 11 inches tall, and around 7 inches at its widest. 

It weighs like 10lbs.
