I threw this bottle form on the potters wheel out of NZ10 porcelain.
The surface treatment is a result of 135 hours of firing in an anagama wood kiln.
There is no glaze on this bottle.
It was fired upright.
Surface effects are attributed to the ash and flame path taken by the wood burned for fuel.
This piece stands 6.75 inches tall.
It measures 4 inches at the widest.
