This 5 wadder was thrown and trimmed on the potters wheel of Mac10 clay.
Just look at the blue ash and crystals growing on the lip of the flames' prevailing side.
They licked up into the blate, found a way between 2 wads, and crashed into the opposite wall before flowing out.
All this recorded on the canvas of clay soon to hold your delicious food.
From top to bottom this double lipped 10 inch blate performs.
I love the swaths of gold on the bottom.
Bordered by dark crystals.
