This 5 shell screamer was thrown and trimmed on the potters wheel of Welmar clay.

The depth of ash accumulation and crystal growth is amazing on this plate.

On the underside, you can see an array of effects from green dripping ash to the blush of mottled pink crystals.

I love the darkness on some ranges of this piece,
