This plate was thrown, altered and trimmed on the wheel of Welmer clay.

It was fired in a stack of plates for days in an anagama kiln.

The flashing bordered by snowflake crystals beg your attention.

I also like the unhindered ash build on the bottom of this crown plate

The plate measures 10 inches wide.
