This skull was thrown on the potters wheel of Mac10 clay.
When it hardened up a little, I used a harp wire tool to carve out the shape.
Then I fashioned tooth sockets with a wooden knife.
It was fired upside-down on seashells in an anagama for many days.
The 11" porcelaneous stoneware bones were tumble stacked near the middle firebox.
Skull measures 6"x 5"x 7".
